Appointments

Consultation is by appointment. Urgent cases will be seen on the day. Our staff are experienced in helping you decide whether the matter requires an urgent appointment.

Please advise our reception staff when booking:

• If you require a standard appointment – 5 to 10 minutes.
• If you have a few issues to discuss with your doctor requiring a long appointment – 10 to 20 minutes.
• If you think that another family member may also require a consultation. Fitting 2 patients into a single appointment time is why we are often running late. Your doctor is the best person to decide whether or not to see the unbooked patient.

Our phone line are busiest in the mornings and on Sundays. If you need to schedule a routine appointment or are inquiring about test results, we can respond to your request more quickly if you call in the afternoon.
